Gem and Enhancement

Gem Stone
[Aidia’s Gem Stone refining ability]
Aidia can refine Gem Stones without needing any special skill.
[What is a Gem Stone?]
Gem Stones are items used on existing equipment to add options and strengthen the item.
Unlike Gems, Gem Stones are applied with 100% success and you can choose the option you want to add. However, when your character dies, there is a certain probability that one attached option will decrease by one level.
[Obtaining and refining Gem Stones]
By hunting monsters, you can obtain the lowest tier “Amiga Gem Stone” and an “Amiga Gem Stone Refining Agent”.

There are 4 types of Gem Stones, and each type determines which options can be applied.
Gem Stones become usable after Aidia refines them using the base Gem Stone plus the corresponding refining agent.
To create a higher-tier Gem Stone, use 2 lower-tier Gem Stones + 1 refining agent.

To request refining, type in the chat window: //refine <AidiaName>
When the refining window opens, place the Gem Stones + refining agent together, and enter a fee (minimum 1000 GOLD). The Aidia can then refine, and when they press the refine button, a Gem Stone of the next tier is created.

Aidia can self-refine by placing the stones in the trade window (open with E) and typing //selfrefine.
(Up to 3 consecutive times. If you say anything in chat, you can do another 3.)

Refining works in sets of 2 stones + 1 agent, and you can refine multiple sets at once, including different types.
Example:
- Amiga Gem Stone x6 + Amiga Refining Agent x3 → Non Gem Stone x3
- Amiga Gem Stone x2 + Amiga Agent x1 + Non Gem Stone x4 + Non Agent x2 → Non Gem Stone x1 + Nymph Gem Stone x2
** Refinable Gem Stones by Aidia level **
Lv1–Lv30Amiga → Non
Lv31–Lv60Amiga → Non, Non → Nymph
Lv61–∞Amiga → Non, Non → Nymph, Nymph → Sylph
Lv61–∞Above + [Sylph → Salamander]
** Gem Stone refining process **
Amiga x2 + Amiga Agent → Non
Non x2 + Non Agent → Nymph
Nymph x2 + Nymph Agent → Sylph
Sylph x2 + Sylph Agent → Salamander

[Using Gem Stones]
To use a Gem Stone, drop it onto the equipment item. An option menu will appear; select one option to apply it to the item.
If you select an option that is already applied, you can upgrade it through 2 additional steps (up to level 3). Values per level depend on the option.
[Restrictions when applying Gem Stones]
The number and level of options you can attach are limited by the Gem type used for upgrades.
